Risk Analysis for Load-out of the Naval Structure

在文献[1]的基础上,提出了海洋结构物在码头装船过程中的风险分析方法,包括以下内容:确定风险类别与风险源;建立各个施工过程的事故树;定性分析系统各个环节并找出薄弱环节;定量计算重点环节的风险值;风险排序并提出改进措施。并通过实例分析验证了方法的适用性。

Based on the reference [1], the risk analysis method for load-out of the naval structure is presented. The contents are stated as follow： finding out the risk classification and risk source; establishing fault trees of each segment;doing qualitative analysis of each segment to find out weak segments of the system; calculating the risk value of important points quantitatively ;ranking the risk elements and putting forward suggestions and measures. At the same time, the suitability of this method is approved by example analysis.
