摘要 由于天然水资源的空间分布不均,以及与社会经济需求的不相匹配,致使有的流域水资源过度开发,而有的还没有达到它的开发潜力。介绍了一种简单的方法来评价流域水资源开发潜力,所介绍的这个模型的主要优点是:通过考虑各种取用水方法和运行方案,把流域中的各个产量(或者各个取水量)反应在几条曲线上,非常直观清楚。最后把这个模型应用在黑河流域进行验证。 Due to the spatial variability of natural water resources" distribution, and its mismatch with social- economic requirements, some catchments are overdeveloped, while some others are underdeveloped. This paper presents a simple model to evaluate the water resources development potential of a catchment. The models main advantage is to reflect the various yields on curves and to consider the different abstractions under operating strategies. The model is applied to a case study of water development assessment in Heihe Catchment.
