Assessment system and precautionary approach for ecological security in Chongqing

摘要 建立了包括资源环境因子集、生态环境压力因子集、社会-经济因子集3方面在内的重庆市生态安全评价体系,提出了重庆市生态安全的评价指标体系和计算方法,得出重庆综合生态安全系数为0.578 3,其资源环境安全系数较低为0.436 7,而生态环境(0.624 6)和社会-经济(0.682 7)安全状况较好,这为建立较完整的重庆市生态安全预警机制奠立了基础。 This paper summarized the indication and connotation of ecological security and precautionary approach. It is based on three parts which are environment of resource factor- aggregate, eco- environment pressure - factor - aggregate and society - economy - factor - aggregate to build assessmentt system for ecological security, puts forward assessment system and calculation method of ecological security of Chongqing The colligated security coefficient of Chongqing is O. 578 3, including resource - aggregate (0.436 7), eco - environment pressure - aggregate (0.624 6) and society - economy - aggregate(0. 682 7).
