摘要
采用微波诱导氧化法处理有机磷农药废水,研究了铬渣用量、微波辐照时间、添加H2O2等因素对溶液(CODCr)去除率的影响;研究表明:对于1000mL CODCr质量浓度为1600~2000mg/L的有机磷农药废水,在铬渣用量为4g,H2O2(30%)用量为4mL,微波功率为640W,微波辐照6win的条件下,CODCr的去除率可达到90%;废水处理后残留的Cr(VI)的质量浓度低于0.05mg/L。
Microwave induced oxidation process with chromate residue and H2O2 Was applied to degrade organophosphoms pesticide wastewater. The effects of chromate residue amount, H2O2 dosage, microwave irradiation time on CODCr removal efficiency of the wastewater were investigated. The results showed that under the optimum condition of chromate residue amount 4 g, H2O2 ( 30% ) dosage 4 ml, microwave power 640W, irradiation time 6min, CODCr removal efficiency of 1 800 -2 000 mg/L organophosphorus pesticide wastewater of 1 000 ml can be achieved to 90%. The Cr(VI) concentration of the sample was reduced to less than 0.05 mg/L after treatment.
