摘要
通过对引进的13套大化肥装置中不锈钢水冷器设备损坏的情况分析,指出了不锈钢水冷器的损坏与设备制造过程中的残存应力,运行时的热应力,水冷器中水的走向,换热管的壁温,循环冷却水中氯离子的含量均有关系,氯离子并不是水冷器应力腐蚀的决定因素。
The damages of stainless steel water coolers in the 13 chemical fertilizer equipments imported from the overseas were analyzed. It can draw a conclusion that: the residual stress from the process for equipment producing, the thermal stress in running, the water strike in water cooler, the wall temperature of heat transfer tube, the content of chlorine ion in circulating cooling water all have some bearing on the damages of stainless steel water cooler, chlorine ion is not the decisive factor causes the stress corrosion in water cooler.
