社区护士工作内容及任职资格的预测研究

The forecasting research of professional roles and qualifications of community health nurses

目的 预测2005～2010年我国社区护士的工作内容及任职资格。方法 应用德尔菲（Delphi）技术向全国67名专家进行两轮函询。结果 社区护士工作内容包括疾病护理、疾病预防、健康促进、社区康复、管理5项职能；社区护士应该是护理专业中专或大专毕业生，上岗前需具备一定的综合医院临床工作经验，轮转的科室包括内科、外科、急诊科、妇产科、儿科，并经过地市以上卫生行政主管部门社区护理的培训及考核。结论 为促进我国社区护理的发展，应明确社区护士的工作内容，规范社区护士的任职资格。

Objective The aim of this study was to identify the professional roles and qualifications of community health nurses in China in five years（2005～2010）. Methods A two-round Delphi technique was conducted on 67 nursing experts. Results The roles of community health nursing should include nursing care of clients, disease prevention, health promotion, community rehabilitation and administration. Community health nurses should have got diploma from technical secondary school at least and have clinic experience including nursing of internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, pediatric and gynecology in general hospitals. They should be trained and examined in knowledge, skills, abilities of community health nursing by health administration. Conclusions A national standard of community health nursing should be established to identify the roles and qualifications of community health nurses.
