孕早中期宫角妊娠57例诊断与治疗临床分析

Diagnosis and Therapy of Cornual Pregnancy in First and Second Trimester: 57 cases

目的：探讨孕早、中期官角妊娠的临床特征、早期诊断与治疗。方法：采用回顾性分析方法对2001—2005年57例官角妊娠临床资料进行分析。结果：57例均治愈，其中1例为再次住院治疗治愈。结合症状和检查结果应采用不同的治疗方式，腹腔镜手术逐步替代开腹病灶切除术。结论：官角妊娠误诊率高，常规B超检查联合官腔镜、腹腔镜可早期确诊，腹腔镜下切开取胚术和B超或腹腔镜下清官术在治疗上能达到微创效优的效果，将成为官角妊娠微创治疗的主要方式。

Objective： To explore the clinical pathologi＇c characteristics, prognostic factors and early diagnosis and therapy of eornual pregnancy in first and second trimester. Methods： 57 eases of eornual pregnancy in 2001 -2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results：57 patients were cured. Of them, one patient was cured at the second time. The methods of treatment were different according to clinical symptoms and diagnostic results. More operations were performed by laparoscopy without complications. Conclusion： Misdiagnosis rate of eornual pregnancy was higher, but embryo extraction under laparoscope and complete curettage of uterine cavity under ultrasonography or hysteroscope have better effect, and they are important ways to treat cornual pregnancy.
