GyneFix IN IUD与MLCu IUD、γ-IUD临床效果比较

Comparative Study of GyneFix IN,MLCu and γ-IUDs

目的比较3种IUD的临床效果。方法对556例使用3种IUD的育龄妇女的使用效果、副反应进行临床对比研究,随访5年。结果GyneFixINIUD220例、MLCuIUD116例、γ-IUD220例。3种IUD5年带器妊娠率分别为3.49%、2.17%、4.56%,比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);脱落率分别为2.49%、13.66%、7.37%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);因症取出率分别为5.67%、6.78%、4.23%,比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);3个月以内异常出血发生率分别为34.5%、36.2%、23.1%,12个月分别为9.5%、16.3%、8.6%,比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论GyneFixINIUD、γ-IUD具有脱落率低的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To study and compare the effect of three kinds of IUD. Methods ： Effectiveness and side effects of three types of IUD inserted in 556 women were studied, and follow -up survey have persisted for five years. Results：There were 220 cases of GyneFix IN IUD, 116 cases of MIcuIUD and 220 cases of γ - IUD in 556 women. In five years, the rates of pregnancy in above three kinds of IUD were 3.49% ,2.17% and 4.56% ,respectively , and there was no significant difference amorg them. （P 〉 0.05 ）. The expulsion rates were 2.49%, 13.66% and 7.37%, respectively, and were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The extraction rates because of some symptoms were 5.67%, 6.78% and 4.23 %, respectively, and were not significantly different（P 〉0.05）. The incidence of abnormal bleeding was 34.5% ,36.2% and 23.1% in three months and 9.5% ,16.3% and 8.6% in twelve months, respectively, and were significantly different （P 〈 0. 001 ） . Conclusion： The GyneFixlN and γ - IUD have lower expulsion rate and are recommended to generalize in clinical application.
