Jeopardy and Emergency Handle of Chemical Weapons Abandoned by Japanese Army in China

目的提高对日本遗弃在华化学武器危害性的认识,增强对日本遗弃在华化学武器识别能力,减少日本遗弃在华化学武器对人民生命财产和生态环境的危害。方法通过对日本遗弃在华化学武器种类、数量和特征参数的研究,提出了相应的识别和应急处置方法。结果建立了识别和处置日本遗弃在华化学武器的方法程序和中毒急救方法。结论日本遗弃在华化学武器对人员和环境造成了严重危害,解决遗弃在华化学武器问题己刻不容缓。

Objective To improve awareness of the jeopardy of chemical weapons abandoned by Japanese army in China, enhance the ability to distinguish the abandoned chemical weapons, and reduce the threat to the safety of Chinese civilians and environment. Methods The type, quantity and feature date of the abandoned chemical weapons were analyzed and then a corresponding distinguishing method and emergency measures were suggested to handle the abandoned chemical weapons. Results The distinguishing method and emergency measures to handle the abandoned chemical weapons and first-aid measures of intoxication were presented. Conclusion The chemical weapons abandoned by Japanese army in China did great harm to Chinese civilians and environment and elimination of the abandoned chemical weapons by Japanese army in China will bear no delay.
