胆石病患者术前MRCP检查价值探讨

The value of preoperative MRCP in patients with cholelithiasis

目的评价胆系手术患者术前行磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)检查的意义。方法回顾分析2 405例胆石病患者的术前MRCP检查结果及手术资料。结果2 405例MRCP检查结果证明,胆道疾病复杂多样、解剖变异多,术前确切了解胆道情况对胆石病手术方式选择有重要意义。结论术前MRCP检查是胆石病重要的诊断方法,特别是在诊断胆管下端疾病方面明显优于超声,对有条件者可作为术前常规检查手段。

Objective To evaluate the significance of preoperative magnetic resonance cholaagiopancreatography （MRCP） in patients with cholelithiasis. Methods The results of MRCP and the operative material were analyzed retrospectively in 2 405 patients with cholelithiasis. Results 2 405 cases of MRCP proved that bile duct diseases were complicated and its anatomic variation was commnon. Understanding of the variation before operation could help us to choose the suitable operation methods. Conclusion MRCP is an important diagnostic method for patients with cholelithiasis, which is more sensitive than ultrasonic sound, especially in diagnosing lesion of the lower part of bile duct, and this method is considered to be the necessary checking method for patients with cholelithiasis.
