抗人白细胞介素8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗湿疹的随机双盲对照临床试验

A double blind randomized controlled clinical trial of antihuman interleukin-8 monoclonal antibody cream in treatment of eczema

目的：评价抗人白细胞介素8(IL-8)单克隆抗体乳膏治疗湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法：以乳膏基质为对照,对64例湿疹病人进行随机双盲用药,试验组32例,对照组32例,每日早晚各外用1次,连续3 wk,观察其疗效和不良反应。结果：经过3 wk治疗,试验组和对照组痊愈率分别为25%和3%,有效率分别为47%和9%,临床疗效2组差异有显著意义(P＜0.05),试验组优于对照组,2组不良反应发生率相似(P＞0.05)。结论：抗人IL-8单克隆抗体乳膏治疗湿疹安全、有效。

AIM： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of antihuman interleukin-8 monoclonal antibody （IL- 8）cream in the treatment of eczema METHODS： Sixty-four patients with eczema were randomly divided into trial group with antihuman IL-8 cream and control group with based cream respectively, and then compared the effects outcoming in the clinical application. Antihuman IL-8 cream or based cream was smeared twice daily for 3 wk correspondingly to the designated group. RESULTS： The curative rates and the efficacy rates of trial group and control group were 25 % and 3 %, 47 % ferences between trial and control groups（P 〈 0.05） and 9 %, respectively. There were significant statistical difin clinical efficacy. No statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Antihuman IL-8 cream is an effective and safe drug in treatment of eczema.
