摘要
学术界对于商业银行规模经济的存在性、影响商业银行规模经济的因素等问题从来没有形成比较一致的看法,使得规模经济问题成为一个谜。将资本和风险作为两个重要的解释因素,结合我国商业银行的实际情况,提出了衡量商业银行规模经济的基本框架和理论模型。
There is no agreement of the factors influencing the performance of commercial banks which have been a mystery. The author proposes the basic framework and theory model to measure the framework and performance of commercial banks.
