测定白酒中锰的两种处理方法比较

Comparison of Two Methods for Determining Manganese in Chinese white Wine

目的探讨微波消解设备在测定白酒中锰样品处理的适用性。方法采用GB／T 5009．90食品中铁、镁、锰的测定方法中样品直接处理法与微波消解法测定白酒中锰的含量。结果两种处理方法的试验结果差异无显著性(P>0．05)。结论两种前处理方法测定白酒中锰的精确度和准确度都较好,需要时可以利用微波消解样品处理系统进行实验。

[ Objective]To explore the applicabihty of microwave- dispelling method in determining manganese in Chinese white wine. [Methods]Direct treating method in GB/T 5009 90 and microwave- dispelling method were applied to determine the content of manganese in Chinese white wine. [ Results]The test result indicated no significant difference between the two methods （ P 〉 0.05）. [ Conclusion]Both the two methods are accurate in determining manganese in Chinese white wine; microwave- dispelling method can be applied for the determination when necessary.
