对集中招标药品实行动态采购的分析探讨

Discussion on the Implementation of Dynamic Purchase in Bidding Invitation of Pharmaceuticals

目的：探讨动态采购在医院药品集中招标采购中的应用。方法：分析2003年4月～2005年7月我院药品集中招标采购情况，建立一套动态价格程序，筛选出最优供应商和动态的药品供价。结果：在最优的供应商中实行动态采购，可确保所采购药品的质量．提高效益。结论：动态采购在保证临床合理用药的基础上，可较合理地降低药品的虚高价格。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the implementation of dynamic purchase in bidding invitation of pharmaceuticals. METHODS：On the basis of the analysis of pharmaceutical purchase of our hospital in bidding invitation from Apr. 200a to Jul. 2005, it was expected to establish a dynamic price procedure so as to select the best suppliers and dynamic pharmaceutical price. RESULTS： Implementation of dynamic purchase among the best suppliers could guarantee the quality of pharmaceuticals purchased in the hospital, so as to increase social and economic benefit. CONCLUSION ：On the premise of the proper use of medicine, the dynamic purchase can lower down the high price of pharmaceuticals.
