抗结核药物致肝功能损害24例分析

Analysis of 24 Cases of Liver Function Damage Induced by Antituberculotics

目的探讨抗结核药物致肝功能损害的因素。方法对我院抗结核药物致肝功能损害24例进行分析。结果肝功能损害与既往肝病史、治疗前肝功能异常、嗜酒、老年及营养不良等因素有关。结论在制订结核患者用药方案时必须慎重考虑以上因素。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the causes of liver function damage induced by antituberculostics.METHODS： The liver function damage induced by antituberculostics was analyzed in 24 patients admitted into this hospital.RESULTS： liver function damage was related to the following factors： history of liver diseases, hepatic dysfunction before treatment ,aged patient and malnutritional patient, chronic alcoholism.CONCLUSION： The abovementioned factors should be under consideration in choice of chem shemes of tuberculosis.
