高效液相色谱法测定满金止咳片中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Manjinzhike Tablets by HPLC

目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定满金止咳片中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为ShimpackVPODS,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长为274nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.264μg^2.640μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.16%(RSD=0.70%)。结论本方法测定结果准确、操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a HPLC method for content determination of baicalin in Manjinzhike tablets.METHODS：A Shimpack VP ODS column served as the chromatographic column,The mobile phase consisted of methanol -water- phosphoric acid（47 ： 53 ： 02） .The UV detection wavelength was 274nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min .RESULTS： There was a good linear relationship between the sample size of baicalin and peak area score when the sample size was within the range of 0.264μg - 2. 640μg （ r = 0.9 999）. The average recovery was 99.16 % （ RSD = 0.70 % ）. CONCLUS ION ： The met hod provides to be accurate, convenient, sensitive, well reproducible and may thus be used in the determination of baicalin in manjinzhike tablets.
