摘要
本文综述了微波介质陶瓷材料特性、影响因素及其发展现状,讨论了提高微波介质材料性能的途径。分别介绍了低介电常数、中介电常数、高介电常数三类微波介质陶瓷的研究现状,并探讨了微波介质陶瓷今后的发展趋势。
This article summarises the properties of microwave dielectric ceramics, influencing factor and the current developing situation. The hypo-dielectric constant, middle-dielectric constant and hyper-dielectric constant, as well as their developing trend are also introduced.
