摘要
以陶瓷膜管为基质,研究了高岭土动态膜的制备过程.实验以高岭土为动态膜预涂材料,采用错流操作对膜管进行涂膜,通过记录和分析涂膜过程中的渗透液通量和测定在此过程中涂上的高岭土的量随时间的变化,研究了高岭土粒径、涂膜液浓度、跨膜压力、错流速度和涂膜时间对涂膜效果及清水通量的影响,对涂膜过程有了较好的认识,并得出最佳涂膜条件为:涂膜液质量浓度0.3 g/L、跨膜压力0.2 MPa、错流速度0.5 m/s及涂膜时间10 min.
The Preparation of dynamically formed membrane on the top of ceramic support was investigated with crossflow operation. The flux of the membrane, and the amount of kaolin deposited on the inner wall of the ceramic tube were measured during the experiment. The effects are particle sizes, concentration of kaolin, transmembrane pressure, crossflow velocity and membrane- forming time were inrestigated. 6 000 mesh kaolin was used as the experiment material. The results show that the best membrane- forming condition was: concentration of kaolin 0.3 g/L, transmembrane pressure 0.2 MPa, crossflow velocity 0.5 m/s, membrane - forming were 10 minitues.
