摘要 提出微波加热选择性浸出改性含钛料制取高品质富钛料的新工艺路线,并进行了系统的条件试验,探索出微波浸出的最佳工艺条件:浸出温度160℃、浸出时间120 min、浸出剂浓度10%、浸出矿粒度-75μm、浸出改性剂5%、液固比12∶1,得到了96.08%的高品质富钛料。 A new technology for preparing titanium-rich material from refractory titanium slag by microwave selective leaching process was studied. The systemic conditional experiments had been conducted on the flow sheet and the optimum technological parameters of microwave leaching included: 160℃ leached for 120 min, 10 % hydrochloric acid, - 75μm, ratio of liquid to solid 12 : 1, 5 % additive. The content of TiO2 of titanium-rich material was 96.08 % under the optimum conditions.
