摘要 用原子吸收光谱法测定漆酶溶液中铜原子的含量,在0~1mg·mL^-1的溶液中铜原子浓度与漆酶浓度呈良好线性关系,相关系数R=0.9931。用原子吸收光谱法测定漆酶的固载量和固载率,结果略低于以牛血清白蛋白为标准蛋白质时的Bradford检测法,说明原子吸收光谱法测定漆酶的含量简便易行。 The concentration of copper in laccase solution was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, and the standard curve of the concentration of copper to the concentration of laccase was linear within 0- 1 mg · mL^-1 (R= 0. 9931). The immobilization amount and the immobilization rate of laccase determined by atomic absorption spectrometry were slightly lower than those by Bradford method when BSA was used as reference protein. Results showed atomic absorption spectrometry was an easy way to determine the concentration of laccase.
