摘要
铸钢空心球管节点是一种新兴的节点形式.通过对多种不同尺寸的铸钢空心球管节点进行非线性有限元分析,研究了节点的塑性区扩展过程、变形过程、破坏机理及节点几何参数对其承载力的影响,获得了节点承载力的主要影响因素及其影响规律,为铸钢空心球管节点的设计提供了理论依据.研究结果可为我国即将编制的铸钢节点规范提供参考.
Cast steel hollow spherical joint with tube is one of the developing joints. By computation of nonlinear finite element Model for the joints with different diameter, plastic-zone spread, deformation process, failure mechanism and influence of geometric parameters on joint bearing capacity are studied. Some primary influence factors on joint strength are found out, which can provide theoretical basis for design of cast steel hollow spherical joint. The results can provide reference for cast steel joint code.
