摘要 试验取单因子设计法。以Lebas(1980)推荐值为对照,通过窝仔数为6仔的泌乳母兔采食不同赖氨酸和蛋氨酸+胱氨酸含量的日粮的饲喂效应,确定泌乳期母兔日粮中的赖氨酸和含硫氨基酸水平。研究获得:当日粮消化能为9630kJ/kg,粗蛋白质为17.3%时,日粮中赖氨酸水平为0.73%,蛋氨酸+胱氨酸水平为0.48%时,可保证泌乳期母兔发挥较好的生产性能。 Using single factor designing method and Lebas (1980) recommened value as control, the feeding effect of a lactation mother rabbit gave six little rabbits at a litter eating ration contained different Lys and Met+Cys was studied, so as to detect the level of Lys and amino acid containings in mother rabbit of lactation period. The result showed that when the digestive energy of ration was 9 630 kJ/kg and crude protein was 17 3%, Lys in ration was 0.73%, while Met+Cys were 0.48%, the mother rabbit in lactation period can give play to better production.
