摘要
对动态斜坡法与升降法测试原理优缺点进行了比较,在动态斜坡法测试敏感和钝感型电火工品发火感度试验的基础上,结合与升降法试验结果的对比,对动态斜坡法进行了研究。通过改变试件压药条件,利用动态斜坡法能得到火工品发火感度临界值的特性,探讨了压药压力和发火感度之间的关系。结果证明,该方法所需试件数量相对减少,能满足感度试验的要求。初步探索了解决动态斜坡法与现有火工品验收试验之间矛盾的方法。
By comparing the advantage and disadvantage of ramp current with other methods, ramp current method and up-and-down method are used to test sensitivity of bridge-wire Electrical Initiating Device. As the ramp current method can get the critical sensitivity of Electrical Initiating Device, the testing samples are designed under different charging conditions to study the relationship between charging pressure and sensitivity. The testing results show that the ramp current method can meet the sensitivity testing purpose. It can be used to detect disfigurement and difference of the Electrical Initiating Device. It can be used to evaluate the system' s fire characteristic during designing stage. Because each sample testing result can be used,fewer samples are needed in ramp current method.
