摘要
为精确控制岩石定向断裂爆破中断裂面的发展,根据爆炸力学、岩石断裂力学理论,对线性聚能切割器应用于岩石定向断裂爆破时裂纹的产生及扩展进行了研究,同时对线性聚能切割器进行了设计,并在实验室进行了验证试验。结果表明由聚能射流形成的切缝有明显的定向作用,使爆生气体的能量沿预定方向集中,裂纹的定向断裂控制效果良好。利用自行设计的线性聚能切割器,在大理石采石场进行了现场试验,结果表明定向断裂爆破效果显著,岩石断裂面平整,凹凸量不超过55 mm,眼痕率高达100%。
According to explosion mechanics and fracture mechanics, the initiation mechanism of the crack and its expansion of orientation fracture blasting were studied, the mechanism of crack initiation and its expansion of orientation fracture blasting by linear cumulative cutting charge in rock were studied,then the linear cumulative cutting charge was designed and tested in laboratory and field. The directional expansion of crack is satisfactory from the experiment and the result of field test is very good, the ruggedness fracture plane is less than 55 mm and the rates of half-hole marks are 100%.
