Preliminary Discussion of Enhancing Technology Innovation for Science-technology Enterprise

科技体制改革推动了昆明冶金研究院的发展,在技术创新和技术发展上取得显著成绩,但也存在一定不足。加快技术创新是企业实现跨越式发展和技术干部实现自身价值的要求。作者对加强技术创新工作提出了几点看法。

The technology system reformation has promoted the development of Kunming Metallurgy Researeh Institute. Although notable achievements in technology innovation and technology development have been obtained, there still has some deficiency. To promote technology innovation quickly is the request for enterprises to achieve jumping development and for technicians to actualize their own worth. Some viewpoints of enhancing technology innovation are proposed here.
