Political Situation in Vietnam,Laos,North Korea and Cuba After the Tempestuous Change of the Former Soviet Union and the Eastern Europe

苏东剧变给越南、老挝、朝鲜和古巴的政治局势造成巨大冲击,但在极度困难的情况下,这四个国家坚持基本政治制度不变,同时为应对国际形势演化和国内经济发展的需要,都程度不同地进行了一些政治体制改革。这些国家的政治体制改革具有历史必然性,也取得了一定成效,但有些方面的改革还有较大局限性,改革的内容和形式还只是体现在较浅的层面上,没有真正触及原有政治体制的一些根本性弊端,改革有待深入进行下去。

The tempestuous change of the Former Soviet Union and the Eastern Europe have exerted great concussion upon the Political situation in Vietnam, Laos, North Korea and Cuba. The four states, under such difficult conditions, have, however, all along kept their own political system intact, yet at the same time, they have implemented certain political reforms as Well so as to adapt themselves to the evolution of the international situation and developments of their domestic economics. These reforms, based on the historical necessity, have attained certain achievements. Nonetheless, they still have their own limitations both in their contents and in their forms, without touching upon some malpractices of their original political system. It is, therefore, necessary for them to deepen these reforms.
