This article is to review the tissue distribution of anti-inflammatory-immunity drugs in alimentary canal, especially in liver, stomach and bowel tissues. In addition, the effect of such drugs on pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and adverse reaction in digestive system was discussed, which provides the rationale that further evaluation of efficacy and safety and clinical therapeutics may be required.
