氟比洛芬酯注射液用于腹腔镜手术的术后镇痛作用

Efficacy of flurbiprofen axetil injection for laparoscopic post-surgical pain relief

目的:观察患者应用氟比洛芬酯注射液对腹腔镜下手术的预先镇痛作用和术后疼痛的镇痛效果。方法:普通外科和妇科行腹腔镜手术的患者120例,随机分为三组,每组各40例:A(术前给药组)、B(术后给药组)和C(对照组)。A组于麻醉诱导后、手术开始前缓慢静脉注射氟比洛芬酯注射液50 mg,B组于术终缓慢静脉注射氟比洛芬酯注射液50 mg,C组不给药。采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评价静息时疼痛强度。结果:三组VAS评分差异显著,分别为(1．3±1．1),(2．1±1．7)和(3．8±2．1)分,从小到大依次为A<B<C。芬太尼用量A组明显少于B组[(0．464±0．083)vs．(0．518±0．138)mg,P<0．05]。结论:氟比洛芬酯注射液可有效缓解腹腔镜手术的术后疼痛,并可减少术中镇痛药的用量,且术前给药镇痛效果优于术后给药。

Objective ：To evaluate pre-emptive analgesia and post-surgical pain relief of flurbiprofen axetil for injection in laparoscopic operation. operation were randomized equally to assign to group Methods： 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic A （injection before operation）, group B （injection after operation） or group C （ no injection）. After the analgesic induction, patients in group A and group B were intravenously injected with flurbiprofen 50 mg pre-and post-operation, respectively. The analgesic effect was assessed based on VAS scores at rest. Results： Patients in groups A, B and C showed significant difference inVAS scores, i.e., （1.3 ± 1.1）vs. （2.1 ±1.7）vs. （3.8 ±2. 1）. The patients in group A required significantly less amount of fentanyl than in group B during the operation, i. e. , （0.464 ＋ 0.083 ） vs. （0.518 ± 0. 138 ） mg （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Flurbiprofen axetil for injection relieve laparoscopic post-surgical pain more potently pre-operation than post operation.
