2001-2004年北京安定医院镇静催眠及抗焦虑药用药分析

Analysis of uses for sedative-hypnotics and antianxiety drugs in Beijing Anding Hospital during 2001-2004

目的:调查2001-2004年我院镇静催眠及抗焦虑药的使用情况和变化趋势,为临床提供参考。方法:对我院2001-2004年使用的镇静催眠及抗焦虑药用药金额、用药频度(DDDS)、日均费用等进行分析比较。结果:镇静催眠及抗焦虑药年消耗金额和用药频度、日均费用均呈增长趋势,用药同步性逐渐好转,且用药相对价廉,药物的安全性越来越引起人们的重视。结论:药物的安全性、有效性、经济性均是人们选药的重要因素。

Objective： To analyze status and trends of applications for sedative-hypnotics and antianxiety drugs in our hospital during 2001 -2004. Methods： The consumption sum, defined daily doses and daily costs of sedative-hypnotics and antianxiety drugs in our hospital during 2001 -2004 were analyzed. Results： The consumption sum, defined daily doses and daily costs of the sedative-hypnotics and antianxiety drugs were getting yearly increases. Medications harmonization was getting better. Drug costs were getting down. Drug safety was getting more priority. Conclusion： Factors of efficacy, safety and economy of drugs were equivalent for patients to make options of therapy.
