摘要
针对目前新疆应用较为广泛的气吸式垂直圆盘精量排种器存在的问题,分析了该型排种器对种子的破碎机理,并据此设计出一种弹簧针防堵塞装置,并对该装置的工作性能进行了理论分析和实验研究。实验结果表明,该装置能够有效地防止吸种孔堵塞,而且并不影响排种器的吸种性能。
Based on the profound study on current vertical plate precision metering in Xinjian, this paper analysed the principle of the seed broken in this type of precision metering, and based on the principle, a spring needle device was proposed. By the theoretical analysis of the work process and the performance of the spring needle device, the device could effectively prevent blockage of the suction hole. The experiments showed that the spring needle device had a simple structure and could meet the demands of seed meter without effect on the seed suction.
