Social information processing theory and cold cognition theory are two main theories prevailing with regard to the bully' social cognition ability, whose paradigms can elicit two different images: social skill deficit children and social skill finee children, particularly, three theoretical divergences, i.e., the definition of bullying behavior and social ability, the variable of the research, and the participant of the research.. Future researches are expected to focus on the bully' characteristics of social information processing and levels of theory of mind, to examine their moral judgment and emotion characteristics, and also the empathy ability of the bully with fme social cognition ability.
