摘要
影响老年人的生理学因素,如运动系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统和神经系统的生理机能随着年龄增长均会有明显的退化迹象,而运动量不太大的有氧运动项目则可以达到延缓衰老的作用。
The aging of the society has brought more people in the community sports, but there are not enough effective and scientific guidances. Through research into the domestic and international literature, this paper reveals that moderate aerobic exercises can delay the aging process with scientific guidance when sport system, vascular system, respiratory system and nerve system of the aged are working less effectively.
