胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病顽固性高血糖治疗中的应用

Clinical applications of Insulin pump for obstinate hypergiycemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的比较连续皮下胰岛素输注治疗(胰岛素泵CSⅡ)和多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗(MSⅡ)治疗糖尿病顽固性高血糖的疗效和安全性。方法2003年—2004年收治需要胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者68例,治疗前血糖在17.8～31.5mmol/ L,分别采用连续皮下胰岛素输注治疗(胰岛素泵CSⅡ)和多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗(MSⅡ),CSⅡ组30例,MSⅡ组38例。结果CSⅡ组治疗达到理想血糖控制的疗效和所需的时间明显短于MSⅡ组,CSⅡ组胰岛素用量减少,低血糖发生率低。结论CSⅡ对控制2型糖尿病顽固性高血糖是一种安全、有效、方便和准确的方法。

Objective To investigate the curatice etlect and salety between continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion （ insulin pump CS Ⅱ ） and multiple subcutaneous insuhn injection （ MS Ⅱ ）. Methods Insulin therapy were performed in 68 type 2 diabetic patients with 20. 7 - 31.5mmol/L blood suger. 30 patients were given continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment （ CS Ⅱ ） and 38 patients were given repeated multiple subcutaneous insulin injection （ MS Ⅱ ）. Results The term to gain a good curative effect by adopting continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion is more shorter than that by repeated multiple subcutaneous insulin injection. The dosage of insulin and hypoglycemia incidence in CS Ⅱ are both less than that in MS Ⅱ. Conehlsions CS Ⅱ is a safe , effective and convenient method to control obstinate hyperglycemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
