妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后尿潴留的预防

Prevention of Uroschesis after Radical Surgery of Gynecological Malignant Neoplasms

目的探讨妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后尿潴留的预防措施。方法对照组为2002年1月至2003年11月的48例妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后患者,采用定期开放导尿管预防尿潴留;试验组为2003年12月至2005年6月的54例妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后患者,采用个体化放尿、膀胱内注药液和药物口服综合措施预防尿潴留。结果对照组尿潴留的发生率为20.83%,试验组为1.85%,两组差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论采取个体化放尿、膀胱内注药液、药物口服综合预防措施,能有效降低妇科恶性肿瘤根治术后尿潴留的发生率。

Objective To explore the preventive methods of uroschesis after radical surgery of gynecological malignant neoplasms. Methods In the control group,48 patients were admitted from January 2002 to November 2003 and underwent radical surgeries for gynecological malignant neoplasms. The preventive method of uroschesis in the control group was to open the catheter periodically. In the experiment group ,54 patients underwent radical surgeries for gynecological malignant neoplasms from December 2003 to June 2005. The preventive method of uroschesis in the experiment group was a systematic way with 3 methods ： opening the catheter individually, injecting drugs into the bladder, and taking the medication orally. Resuits The incidence of uroschesis in the control group was 20.83%, while the incidence in the experiment group was 1.85%. The difference was significant（ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The systematic preventive method of opening the catheter individually, injecting the drug into the bladder, and taking the medication orally could effectively decrease the incidence of uroschesis after the radical surgery for gynecological malignant neoplasms.
