复发性生殖器疱疹患者的心理健康状况及其影响因素

Mental Health State and Affecting Factors of Patients with Recurrent Genital Herpes

目的分析复发性生殖器疱疹(recurrent gen ital herpes,RGH)患者的心理健康状况及其影响因素,为该类患者的整体护理提供依据。方法采用一般情况调查表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查103例RGH患者,比较RGH患者与中国常模的心理状况;用t检验或单因素方差分析探讨RGH患者心理状况的主要影响因素。结果(1)RGH患者的SCL-90得分高于中国常模(P<0.01);(2)RGH患者心理健康状况的影响因素涉及多个方面。结论RGH患者存在不同程度的心理健康问题,并与其性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、平均月收入、医疗费用支付、病程长短、复发频率、复发持续天数、社会支持及安全套使用情况等因素有关,故护理工作中要切实加强心理护理和健康教育。

Objective To analyze the mental health state of patients with recurrent genital herpes （RGH） and the affecting factors, so as to provide evidences for holistic nursing for RGH patients. Methods A total of 103 RGH cases were surveyed by general survey list and Symptom Check List（SCL-90）. The mental health state of the RGH patients and that of Chinese normal population were compared. Chief factors affecting mental health state of RGH patients were analyzed by means of t-test and single-element ANOVA. Resuits （ 1 ） The score of SCL-90 of RGH patients was higher than that of Chinese normals （ P〈0.01 ）. （2） Factors affecting mental health state of RGH patients involved various aspects. Conclusion RGH patients have various degrees of mental health problems. These problems are related with gender, age, marriage status, educational level, occupation, monthly incomes, fare payment, illness period, recurrence frequency, lasting time, community support, and use of condom. It is necessary to strengthen mental health care and health education for those patients.
