摘要
建立大鼠大强度跑台训练模型,测试了大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)、谷草转氨酶(SGOT)、谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性和心肌、骨骼肌、肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及大鼠红细胞膜的丙二醛(MDA)含量和钠、钾ATP酶(Na+、K+-ATPase)的活性,应用荧光探针法研究了姜黄素对自由基致鼠红细胞脱膜损伤的保护作用。结果表明,服用姜黄素使大强度运动大鼠血清CK、SGOT、SGPT、LDH活性显著性下降(P<0.05);服用姜黄素使运动大鼠心肌、骨骼肌、肝组织SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性都有不同程度的升高、MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);服用姜黄素大鼠红细胞膜GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.05),MDA含量有显著性降低(P<0.05),膜脂的流动性显著提高。结论:姜黄素对疲劳运动所致大鼠组织自由基的损伤具有保护作用。
Treadmill was set up for intensive training on rat in order to test the activity of creatine kinase (CK), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (SGPT), Glutamin-oxalacetic transaminase (SGOT), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxide (GSH-Px), Catalase (CAT) in the tissues of heart, muscle liver and the activity of Na^+, K^+-ATpase in erythrocyte membrane. Fluorescence polarization was used to determine the effect of curcumin on rat erythrocyte membrane injury caused by free radicals. The result showed that taking with curcumin could significant decrease the activity of CK, SGOT, SGPT and LDH, while the activity of SOD, CAT, GSH-Px in the tissue of heart, muscle liver increased obviously. The content of MDA decreased and the activity of GSH-Px and Na^+, K^+-ATpase decreased. It concluded that curcumin had protection on injury of free radicals caused by exercise fatigue.
