结合旧城改造片区周边道路环境和使用功能的实际情况,通过使用功能上的合理分区、内外景观环境的优化和道路交通组织及配套设施的合理设置,实现在旧城改造中使用空间优化整合的目的。

Redefining the functions of each sub-district, optimizing the inner and outside landscapes and setting up road transportation control and arranging available infrastructure facilities are employed to renovate Nanhou District of Dehua County.
