摘要
分析现行监理制度和建设法规下建设监理存在的问题,从国际项目管理的角度比较我国业主项目管理的现状,提出业主对建设项目的进度和费用进行整合管理的理念和方法,结合建设工程项目管理的实例,强调这种理念和方法对建设项目的经济效益和重要意义。
It analyzes the problems of construction supervision under the present supervision system and construction regulations. From the aspect of international project management, the present situation of project owner management in China is surveyed and the notion and methods in which the owner integrates the management of schedule and cost for construction projects are proposed. With examples of construction project management, the signficance of the notion and methods for construction projects is highlighted.
