摘要
通过测量和分析高频感应钎焊金刚石砂轮磨削大理石过程中的磨削力,对砂轮所受的法向力和切向力进行了研究。从单颗金刚石最大切削厚度的角度,分析了磨削深度、进给速度和砂轮线速度对磨削力的影响。
Measurement and analysis of the grinding forces during marble grinding with high-frequency induction-brazed diamond grinding wheel were made to investigate the specific normal force and tangential force acting on the grinding wheel. The influence of depth of grinding, feed rate and circular linear speed of the grinding wheel on the grinding forces with respect to the maximum chip thickness of a single active diamond was analyzed.
