摘要 推进系统是盾构的关键系统之一。设计了一种基于压力流量复合控制的盾构推进液压系统,对推进液压缸进行了分区控制,阐述了推进液压系统的工作原理及其控制方式。利用AMESim仿真软件对推进液压系统的压力和流量特性进行了仿真分析,并在工程应用中进行了推进试验,仿真和工程实际应用表明所设计的推进液压系统可实时控制推进压力和推进速度,可以满足盾构的掘进要求。 Thrust system is a key system of shield tunnel boring machine. A thrust hydraulic system with pressure and flow compound control is designed. Distributed control of thrust hydraulic cylinders is carded out, working principle and control method of the thrust hydraulic system are also expounded. In order to investigate the pressure and flow characteristics of the thrust hydraulic system, simulation analyses are carried out with the AMESim simulation tool. At the same time, the experiments are done in the engineering application. The simulation results and the practical applications show that the designed thrust hydraulic system can real-time control the thrust pressure and the thrust speed, which can also meet the thrust requirements of the shield.
