铝合金薄板焊后碾压控制焊接应力变形的数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 采用三维弹塑性有限元法对铝合金薄板的焊后冷碾压过程进行数值模拟,研究焊后冷碾压工艺对铝合金薄板焊接残余应力重新分布的影响以及矫正焊接变形的效果。通过建立两种不同的碾压计算模型发现,在碾压计算过程中只有考虑焊接残余应力场的影响,才能得到与试验测量结果相一致的碾压后残余应力分布。研究结果可用于实际碾压工艺的优化。 The reduction of residual stress and distortion of thin aluminum alloy plate by rolling after welding is studied by using 3D elastic-plastic FEM. Two different numerical models, one of which has the initial welding stress and the other has none, are carried out to calculate the residual stress after rolling. The investigation results indicate that in order to achieve the accurate residual stress, the welding stress must be considered during the stress simulation. The residual stress and distortion of numerical simulation match experimental measurement very well.
