摘要
二氧化碳低温贮罐采用低温钢16MnDR制造,要求低温冲击韧性好。为保证焊缝在低温下有良好的冲击韧性,通常采用手弧焊或氩弧焊。为了提高生产率,我们大胆的进行了埋弧自动焊的尝试,并取得了满意的结果,获得成功。
Carbon dioxide low temperature store-pot adopts low-temperature steel 16MnDR making requires good toughness of low temperature striking. In order to guarantee the good impact toughness of the welding seam under the low temperature, usually adopts the hand arc-welding or the argon arc-welding. In order to reprove productivity, we try boldly the Lincoln welding, gets satisfactory result and succeed.
