摘要
采用心境状态量表(ProfileofMoodStates)作为调查工具,发现大学生身体活动可以有效地改善参与者的心境状态。不同项目的身体活动对于参与者的心境状态有着不同的影响。开放性活动参与者的心境状态变化与比赛胜负、表现的自我评价等因素显著相关;封闭性活动参与者的心境状态变化与对所从事项活动的喜好程度和项目的类别显著相关。
It found that excrcises improved the participants' mood states effectively by adopting the Profile of Mood States, Different catcgories of exercises have different effects on the participants' mood states,The paticipants' mood states of opened exercise group were significantly correlated with the result of the games, self-evaluation of performance in the games and many other factors consist in the games. The participants' mood states of closed exercise group were significantly correlated with the extent of participants' favor to the exercise and the categories of the exercise.
