结合当前全球水资源危机和水资源浪费,概述了节水的必要性和可行性。从增强人们的意识、调节经济杆杠、设计中采取措施和开发再生水资源4个方面阐述节水的具体措施。

In combination with the global crisis and waster of water resources, the necessity and the feasibility of water conservation are stated. The concrete measures for water conservation are stated from four aspects of strengthening people＇s water-saving awareness, adjusting through economic levers, adopting measures in design and developing the renewable water resources.
