A Brief Discussion about the Major Problems and Countermeasures to the Feasibility Study of Current Investment Projects

文章回顾了投资项目可行性研究的含意、内容及其作用,分析了当前投资项目可行性研究中存在的基础工作不扎实、研究深度不足、内容不全、重可行性论证而忽视不可行性分析等问题,探讨了提高可行性研究质量的几点对策。

In the paper, the implications, contents and roles of investment project feasibility study are reviewed ; such problems as unsalidness of fundamental works, insufficient depth and incomplete content of study, emphasis of feasibility demonstration but neglect of infeasibility analysis etc. existing in feasibility study of current investment projects are analyzed ; several countermeasures for the improvement of feasibility study quality are discussed.
