摘要 细胞凋亡（cell apoptosis）,又称为程序性细胞死亡（programmed cell death,PCD）,是一种由多种基因调控的主动性细胞死亡过程,见于胚胎发育、组织分化、免疫调节等诸多生理过程和恶性肿瘤、自身免疫疾病等多种病理情况.早期研究细胞凋亡几乎都是体外检测法,如电子显微镜形态学观察,DNA凝胶电泳,ELISA测定核小体,流式细胞仪定量分析法,DNA原位切口末端标记（TUNEL）法等[1].
