高职国际贸易专业人才需求情况的调研

Survey on the demands of graduates majoring in international trade of higher vocational education

高职院校要培养出受企业欢迎的人才，必须清楚企业对人才有什么样的需求。本文从企业对国际贸易专业人才需求的角度，剖析企业对国际贸易专业人才的期望规格，指出企业对高职院校培养国际贸易人才的认识，进而提出高职培养国际贸易人才必须注重双语教学，适当进行专业复合，强调实践性，注重应用性。

Higher vocational education has been an integral part of higher educational system, from which thousands of practical talents have been made to satisfy the demand for Chinag economic development. However, institution of higher vocational education should improve with time and be fully aware of specific business demand for talents. From the angle of business demand for talents majoring in international trade, the paper analyzes expected business specifications for talents, points out business comment on talent training and existing business attitude towards cooperation between enterprises and schools, and puts forward some reasonable thoughts on training talents majoring in international trade.
