摘要
确立高职教育师资队伍建设的目标，造就一支高素质的师资队伍，是高职院校改革和发展的关键。高职院校要努力建设一支素质优良、业务精湛、数量适当、学历达标、结构合理、相对稳定的职业教育师资队伍。
The development level of higher vocational education lies on the construction of teachers who has eximious diathesis, exquisite operation, proper amount, eligible study experience, logical configuration and relative steady. Therefore, the establish of the build up aim teachers with high diathesis is the key of the innovation and development of higher vocational education.
