摘要
通过G leeb le-1500热模拟实验机的物理模拟实验,研究了34CrMoV钢发生加工硬化、动态回复或动态再结晶时,奥氏体晶粒尺寸的变化规律,及变形量和高温停留时间对其奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响.
The austenitic grain growth behavior of 34CrMoV steel in work hardening, dynamic recovery and dynamic recrystallizafion, all oeeurring during the hot deformation, as well as the influence of deformation rate and holding time after the deformation on the austenitie grain growth, were investigated by means of thermal physical simulation experiments using a Gleeble - 1500 thermal simulator.
