摘要
简要介绍了植物根系性状遗传变异研究的意义和主要方法，对根系形态学性状、抗性性状、生根性状、离子吸收和运转性状、根系解剖和显微结构性状遗传变异研究的现状进行了综述，并展望了根系性状遗传变异在经济林遗传育种研究中的应用前景．
This paper has briefed the significance and main methods of the study in genetic variability of plant root system, and has summarized the present situation of the study in characters of root system morphology, resistance ability, rooting ability, ion absorpting and transporting speed, anatomical and micro-structure, and also has forecasted the application prospects of genetic variability of root system character in the genetics and breeding of non-timber forest.
